This format is particularly suited to products where user feedback arrives gradually: the team remains available to learn and adjust priorities without redefining a project at every stage.

This budget reserves around eight days of our team’s time each month, with a minimum six-month commitment. The engagement covers the full cycle, from scoping to deployment.

When the outcome can be defined from the start, we scope the work, deliver that outcome, then hand over everything needed to move forward.
A typical project lasts around two weeks and, depending on scope, may deliver a working prototype or a first usable version of the product.

The scope and price are fixed in a quote after scoping and before the project begins.
